At Kapex Life, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed, shipped or is out for delivery. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please note that perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (supplements) are non-cancellable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos so we can review and arrange a refund or replacement. You can raise a request for Return within 1 to 5 days. If you are receiving any damaged or defective products then the replacement will be done within 1-5 days and the new products will be delivered within 1-10 days. If refund will be approved then the amount will be credited in your account within 1-7 business days.
